Clarice Westlake – Farewell from her friends in St Dennis.

After living in the village of St Dennis for over sixty years Clarice has moved to a new life in Brixham, Devon to be closer to her family.

To bid her farewell a party was organised which took place in ClayTAWC on Saturday 9th January 2016.

Many friends and organisations presented Clarice with cards and gifts.

To acknowledge her 54 years of service to the charity, Cancer Research UK presented her with a framed Certificate Of Appreciation and a Camellia plant for her new garden.

After the formal presentation Clarice and over 80 of her friends sat down to enjoy the refreshments supplied by the community.

Clarice and her poetry will be missed by the community
